Rachel has been teaching movement and dance for the past 17 years. She has taught widely in the USA and England, in a variety of educational settings. With a background in contemporary dance, she decided to become a Fitness League (formerly known as the Women's League of Health & Beauty) teacher in 2010, developing her movement skills further. She now currently works with children and adults in Kent, encouraging each of her students to move with fun. All her classes involve a lot of chat and laughter, providing a strong community. Most of all, students leave her classes, walking tall and with the ability to balance a book on their head!
